Agreement to Terms

Welcome to SteadyCare Elizabeth Artificial Grass. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before scheduling any work with us. If you have questions about anything here, just give us a call at (908) 409-9861.

Our Services

We provide artificial grass installation, removal, and replacement services in Elizabeth, NJ and surrounding areas. Each project starts with a free consultation where we assess your property and provide an accurate quote. Once you approve the quote, we schedule the work at a time that works for you.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices are based on the scope of work discussed during your consultation. If you want to add or change anything after we provide your quote, we will adjust the price accordingly and get your approval before proceeding.

We require a 50% deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Delays

We do our best to stick to the schedule we agree on with you. However, weather conditions, material delivery delays, or unforeseen site conditions may push back our timeline. If this happens, we will let you know right away and work with you to reschedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for making sure we have clear access to the work area on the scheduled day. This includes removing any furniture, decorations, or obstacles. If we arrive and cannot access the area, additional fees may apply for return trips.

We will take care to protect your property during installation, but you should move any fragile or valuable items away from the work area before we arrive.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a 2-year installation warranty. This covers any issues related to improper installation, seam separation, or drainage problems that result from our workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, pets, improper maintenance, or events beyond our control.

Artificial grass products come with manufacturer warranties that vary by product type. We will provide you with warranty information for your specific turf selection.

Liability

We carry general liability insurance to protect both you and us during installation. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions with your property, underground utilities not marked by the appropriate services, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us immediately. We want to make things right and will work with you to resolve any concerns. Most issues can be solved with a simple conversation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. For any project, the terms in effect at the time you sign your agreement will apply.
